Art. 1 According to the requirements of the Romanian Law no. 677/2001 concerning the protection of individuals with regards to their personal data processing and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, as well as the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to their personal data processing and on the free movement circulation of these data and the repeal of the Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on data protection), the site andramara.com has the obligation to manage safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide us
Art. 2 The purpose of data collection is:
– informing the Clients / Buyers of their Account situation, including the validation, sending and invoicing of the Orders, solving the cancellations or problems of any nature related to an Order, to the Goods and / or services purchased,
– sending Newsletters and / or periodic alerts, by using e-mail (e-mail, SMS)
Art. 3 By filling in the data in the Account and / or Order creation form, the Buyer declares and unconditionally accepts that their personal data be included in the andramara.com database and gives their express and unequivocal consent to all these personal data to be stored, used and processed for the purpose listed above at Art. 2
Art. 4 By reading this document, you have become aware that you are guaranteed the rights provided by law, namely the right to information, the right to access data, the right to intervene, the right to object, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to seek justice in case of violation of the rights guaranteed by the laws in force for the protection of persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
Art. 5 Through an e-mail sent to the e-mail address info@andramara.com you can exercise, free of charge, by one request per year, the right to obtain confirmation that your personal data are or are not processed.
Art. 6 Through an e-mail sent to the e-mail address info@andramara.com, you can exercise your right to intervene on the data, as appropriate:
6.1. rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data whose processing is not in accordance with law 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, in particular incomplete or inaccurate data;
6.2. notification to third parties to whom the data have been disclosed, if such notification does not prove impossible or does not involve a disproportionate effort to the legitimate interest that could be harmed;
6.3. all changes regarding personal data, as well as the exercise of other rights guaranteed by the legislation in force regarding the protection of personal data can be accessed from the client’s account.
Art. 7. Also, andramara.com may provide the Buyer’s/Client’s personal data to other companies with which it is in partnership, but only on the basis of a commitment of confidentiality on their part and only for the purposes mentioned in Art. 2., which guarantees that this data is kept secure and that the provision of this personal information is made in accordance with applicable law, as follows: courier service providers, marketing service providers, payment / banking service providers, or other services provided by companies with which we can develop joint programs for offering our goods and services on the market.

Art. 1 Conform cerintelor Legii nr. 677/2001 pentru protectia persoanelor cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si libera circulatie a acestor date, modificata si completata, cat si a Regulamentului (UE) 2016/679 privind protectia persoanelor fizice în ceea ce priveste prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si libera circulatie a acestor date si de abrogarea a Directivei 95/46/CE (Regulamentul general privind protectia datelor), site-ul andramara.com are obligatia de a administra in conditii de siguranta si numai pentru scopurile specificate, datele personale pe care ni le furnizezi.
Art. 2 Scopul colectarii datelor este:
– informarea Clientilor/Cumparatorilor privind situatia Contului lor inclusiv validarea, expedierea si facturarea Comenzilor, rezolvarea anularilor sau a problemelor de orice natura referitoare la o Comanda, la Bunurile si sau serviciile achizitionate,
– trimiterea de Newslettere si/sau alerte periodice, prin folosirea postei electronice (e-mail, SMS)
Art. 3 Prin completarea datelor in formularul de creare de Cont si/sau de Comanda, Cumparatorul declara si accepta neconditionat ca datele sale personale sa fie incluse in baza de date a andramara.com si isi da acordul expres si neechivoc ca toate aceste date personale sa fie stocate, utilizate si prelucrate in scopul prevazut mai sus la Art. 2
Art. 4 Prin citirea prezentului document ati luat la cunostinta faptul ca va sunt garantate drepturile prevazute de lege, respectiv dreptul la informare, dreptul de acces la date, dreptul de interventie, dreptul de opozitie, dreptul de a nu fi supus unei decizii individuale, dreptul de va adresa justitiei in caz de incalcare a drepturilor garantate de legile in vigoare pentru protectia persoanelor cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si libera circulatie a acestor date.
Art. 5 Pe baza unui e-mail expediat la adresa de e-mail info@andramara.com va puteti exercita, in mod gratuit, printr-o solicitare pe an, sa vi se confirme faptul ca datele personale sunt sau nu procesate.
Art. 6 Pe baza unui e-mail expediat la adresa de e-mail info@andramara.com, va puteti exercita dreptul de interventie asupra datelor, dupa caz:
6.1. rectificarea, actualizarea, blocarea sau stergerea datelor a caror prelucrare nu este conforma legii 677/2001 pentru protectia persoanelor cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si libera circulatie a acestor date, in special a datelor incomplete sau inexacte;
6.2. notificarea catre tertii carora le-au fost dezvaluite datele, daca aceasta notificare nu se dovedeste imposibila sau nu presupune un efort disproportionat fata de interesul legitim care ar putea fi lezat;
6.3. toate modificarile privitoare la datele cu caracter personal, precum si exercitarea celorlalte drepturi garantate de legislatia in vigoare cu privire la protectia datelor cu caracter personal se pot accesa si din contul de client.
Art. 7. De asemenea, andramara.com poate furniza datele cu caracter personal ale Cumparatorului/Clientului altor companii cu care se afla in relatii de parteneriat, dar numai in temeiul unui angajament de confidentialitate din partea acestora si numai in scopurile mentionate la Art. 2., prin care garanteaza ca aceste date sunt pastrate in siguranta si ca furnizarea acestor informatii personale se face conform legislatiei in vigoare, dupa cum urmeaza: furnizorilor de servicii de curierat, furnizorilor de servicii de marketing, furnizorilor de servicii de plata/bancare, sau alte servicii furnizate de companii cu care putem dezvolta programe comune de ofertare pe piata a bunurilor si serviciilor noastre.
